With the improvement of the domestic transport environment, manufacturers and users pay more attention to the abnormal damage about electrical appliances product in the transport process. Meanwhile, Designing package based on the concept of environmental also become a development trend.Due to paper packaging application prospect and the development of computer technology, this article will research on washing machine transportation packaging technology and performance evaluation based on buffer of paper, Meanwhile, Collecting vibration environment parameters of the actual process with related equipment, then convert the result to experiment standard. Owing to practical model simulation be able to achieve, So this article research on simulation and actual experiment about structure of multilayer honeycomb cardboard energy absorption performance, establish the protective packaging system washing machine based on the honeycomb cardboard corrugated cardboard and the simulation of Workbench.The main research results of this article are as follow:(1) Collecting transportation of vibration environment samples about the electrical appliances product from point A to point B, Using it to test the package vibration level of random through the fourier transform and numerical calculation; With the help of statistics theory, puts forward the original frequency domain of regional vibration spectral into neat spectrum and the process of the spectrum numerical accelerated test calculation; Analyzes the vehicle transportation environment of three direction of the vibration level through measured curve, Then draw The following conclusion: the biggest energy vibration direction is the perpendicular of the ground, low frequency vibration magnitude highter than high frequency area.(2) This article develop the road spectrum signal management and processing system based on the measured signal.
