In the fierce competitive passenger transport market, the core competitiveness of railway industry in China has improved rapidly by the construction and development of high speed railway. The quality of personnel and the work of passenger transport organization must be strengthened in order to improve the quality of passenger services. However, the personnel from existing railway are difficult to meet the requirements of new technology, new equipment, and new standard of the high speed railway. Training is an essential way to improve skills, but there has not yet formed a complete training theory of high speed railway passenger transport organization in China. The urgent problem that railway administrator faced is how to organize training knowledge efficiently, establish the standardized training knowledge structure and develop the training system so that it could achieve the indiscriminate, rapid and normalized training while improve the professional quality of overall crew. The paper researched the main problem of knowledge organization, knowledge training plan and the training system structure based on the situation that training facilities and training system for high speed railway were relatively backward in China. The details are as follows:1. According to the main contents and characteristics, the paper analyzed the training requirements of high speed railway passenger transport organization in China.2. Based on the competency theory, the paper made a systematic analysis of job responsibilities and working processes for the post in high speed railway passenger transport organization. It had established the competency model and evaluation system for main post. And the paper made the training knowledge system based on the main factors affected the competency.3. According to the relationship of the knowledge unit, the paper used the network theory and method to solve the knowledge organization problem. In order to meet the autonomy and intelligence requirements, the paper researched the knowledge extraction issues with breadth-first search algorithm and knowledge training plan with the improved weighted topological algorithm.4. With the status of training system and the requirements of knowledge organization, the paper finished the frame design of knowledge training system, including system object, function module, system flow and database which could support the follow-up software development.The paper made some useful exploration and research for high speed railway passenger transport organization training. The result could offer a reference for intelligent knowledge training in the future. It can also provide a reference for personnel training of the whole passenger transport organization system in China.
