Locomotive Depot's operation object in a certain extent represents the period of the development of science and technology the level. However, the production management and maintenance quality management system of locomotive depot lagged behind the locomotive which represent the developing level of science and technology. Now the railway locomotive depot in locomotive accessories maintenance quality management has the problems as following aspects:because much accessories maintenance information are artificial aggregate, data recording is not standardized, may duplicating records, the work efficiency is low; due to the influence of traditional maintenance pattern, maintenance personnel at the scene can not be completely in accordance with the provisions of the maintenance process to implement, and there will be some problems inevitably, resulting in the maintenance process can not be controlled effectively; due to the more advanced detection equipments were used inadequacy, a lot of maintenance information cannot realize automatic recording and monitoring data, reliability cannot be guaranteed.This paper takes a locomotive depot repair plant as the research object, based on the work of research and production line balancing technology on locomotive parts process improvement, in order to achieve a reasonable quality of maintenance information; through the two-dimensional code and laser marking technology on parts create unique identity, thus realizing the parts overhaul quality information record; through parts inspection and quality management information system design, implementation of parts overhaul quality information management. The specific research contents are as follows:First of all, on the basis of determination of locomotive parts using state, maintenance process and typical locomotive parts process is analyzed. Introduce the working theory and balance the production line based on ECRS technology, improvement of four principles and research the theory put forward by maintenance process improvement scheme, and the use of position weight method to improve locomotive parts line balance rate, thereby reducing the human, material waste, reduce maintenance cost, improve locomotive accessories maintenance efficiency.Secondly, in order to achieve the locomotive parts tracking the quality of management, the existing coding type and coding mode on the basis of the analysis, this paper uses the two-dimensional code and laser marking technology combining, as important locomotive accessories to establish unique identification, thus realizing the parts overhaul quality information record. And for the inconvenience of moving locomotive parts, a mobile laser coding mode design.Finally, through the parts overhaul quality information management system functional analysis, puts forward the design scheme of the system, and the corresponding module design, to achieve the parts overhaul quality of efficient information management, improve the quality and efficiency of locomotive parts.
