With the rapid development of market economy, the cargo capacity of large truck is bigger and bigger. The quality of the hydraulic valves directly influences the security and stability for automatic discharging. It requests directional control hydraulic valves with more than30MPa pressure resistances, and is strict to its leak performance requirement. If reversing hydraulic valves are not qualified, overturned phenomenon will appear in the unloading process. Therefore, it is very important to test their quality for ultrahigh pressure hydraulic valves with Multi-way directional. According to traditional quality testing method, these valves mainly is clamped by manual operation, mechanical instruments are read and the test data are recorded by manual operation, so these data cannot be processed, recorded, analyzed generally, and there are not the traceability for these data. This backward test can't meet the demand of modern production quality. So it is very urgent for enterprises that the test-beds are designed, automatic detection and accurate test can be applied, and the test data can be traced back. By means of advanced hydraulic CAT technology, the test-bed has been developed and used by the author for the same type of many different products of the hydraulic valve test. According to flow analysis for the inside structure of hydraulic valves, the structure of the detection system is optimized, the quality of the directional control hydraulic valve can be improved, and the safety performance of unloading large truck can be raised.First of all, according to system requirements combined with TS16949about multi-way directional valve quality testing regulations, a reasonable test plan, test principle and the trial process are made; the test-bed has been developed for the reversing test of the hydraulic valve discharge. Then, according to the test principle for the computer system, the control system with high ratio (performance/price) is designed, its hardware is selected reasonably, the test curve and parameters are analyzed. For the test valve, its flow field structure has been simulated and the problems (the hydraulic impact, temperature rising and noise aroused by hydraulic components movements) can be solved. Finally, the automatic detection software is developed by the Delphi7.0, and a brief explanation for the module functions and the detection methods are made. The summary for the full research work is presented, the shortages of the test-bench are analyzed, and the prospects for future optimization design of the test bench are made.The test-bench of directional control hydraulic valves has been successfully used by Wuhan Dongjiang Valve Industry Co., LTD. It provides a stable platform for testing performance for hydraulic valve quality. After successful application, this test-bench meets the detect demands of the enterprise, greatly improves the efficiency of the quality testing, creates great economic benefits for the enterprise.
