| The automation system for electric power dispatching EMS (energy management system) in Shangrao district is a provincial dispatching EMS requiring each regional dispatching Center EMS system achieve computer communications with provincial dispatching EMS system; also requiring to achieve interconnected, data sharing and exchange between each automation system in provincial dispatching and each corresponding automation system in regional dispatching. While the function of the original scheduling automation systems of the company is mainly for SCADA functions, advanced application software functionality is not completely into practical. With the increasing variety of advanced applications of the system, the system bears an increasing heavy burden.
