When smart grid was proposed as the key technology to ensure the quality of thefuture power grid and development direction,comprehensive and rapid construction of smart grid became an important development project all over the world.As the most basic technology of smart grid,distribution automation got rapid development since smart grid was proposed.Now it becomes more advanced,laid an indispensable foundation for the realization of the regulation in integration system.The regulation of the integration system realizes the core functionality of the smart grid,it is the most vital part of the construction of smart grid.The regulation of the integration system is an intelligent dispatching system,which integrates existing tools of distribution automation.It can be used to real-time monitor and test the operation situation of the equipment with three-remotes function in distribution network.The system monitors the load according to the structure of distribution network and determines the fault combined with the tripping signal of switches,the protection message,the fault current and the signal of fault indicator,provides strategies for isolating the fault area and transferring load,meanwhile,the system uses the three-remote technology to implement this strategy quickly.As the core function which is also the most difficult part to achieve in the construction of smart grid,the integrated control system is always the crucial study in major power systems.This thesis focuses on the research of the regulation of the integration system based on distribution network automation.The main points are as follows:1)Integrating existing tools of the distribution network,like CC2000,GIS,DMS to the system.It can provide a display scheme about the structure of distribution network in a tree hierarchy.The data collected by those tools and the distribution network automation system can be displayed on the liaison map so that dispatcher can have a comprehensive judgment with it.2)This thesis focuses on studying and realizing the regulation of the integration system based on distribution network automation.The system realizes functions through four functional modules:the liaison map uses visualization technology to display the equipment in distribution network by N-1 network structure;DMS1000E module which adds the operating information of equipment to the liaison map;fault fast processing module according to the signal of fault indicator,provides strategies for isolating the fault area and transferring load;Intelligent module for simulating the audit of manual application form and ticket,writing relative instruction order based on the graphic system.3)Developing a human-machine interface of the regulation and control integration system in the environment of VS2010.Display the four functional modules on multiple monitors with the multiple display characteristics of VS2010...
