| Most epidemic diseases in history were closely related to human excrements and deficient public health system. The processing of human excrement has a serious threat to our health. The traditional way to flush the toilet waste large amount of water resource, and the public are also great dissatisfaction with the public toilet environment. So the renovation of the new research on toilet is imperative.On the basis of Anhui Province Education Department Natural Science Foundation Emphasis Project"the research and development of environmental protection intelligence and un-flush lavatory", this paper, as a special subject of "The research on GF series of environmental protection intelligence and un-flush lavatory", will carry on design, optimization of the main parts of the environmental protection intelligence and un-flush lavatory.First, through the research the analysis of ecological toilet present situation at home and abroad, the paper highlighted environmental protection and energy saving characteristics on this kind of intelligent lavatory by compared with the other toilet goods in the market. Then it introduced the system about microbial ingredients, machine, and electromechanical aspect, and summed up the overall structure, working principles, main characteristics.Second, it narrated detailedly domain knowledge about research and development of the intelligent ecological toilet theory and market research analysis, the major methods used in intelligent design and development process of ecological toilet, the intelligent ecological product identification and after-sales service.Then, it analyzed minutely the green design and manufacturing research on the environmental protection lavatory assemblies box, driving system and mixing system s materials and structure. Through researching design of the work principle, parts material selection and manufacture technology, this paper presented screw drum and transmission device amply.Finally, the paper contraposed the basic fault mechanism, such as wear, fatigue fracture, vibration, hot effect, and built the breakdown maintenance strategy and mode. It concluded that " Machine system and fault mechanism analysis should not only pay attention to the parts, but aslo consider the structure of mechanical system synthetically, so it is good for us to understand and predict mechanical parts and machinery system's failure modes and their harm degree, and take the corresponding countermeasure to maximize the prevention of failure". By practice investigation, analysing current situation of small-scale trial production and sell simultaneously can conclude that the intelligent-ecological lavatory, both at home and abroad, has good the market prospect.Figure [31] table [1] reference [55]... |
