As an important aspect of low-carbon economy, the development of electric vehicles has been paid more and more national attention. And the electric vehicles' charging stations will have great prospects for development. In the addition of distributed generation, the traditional mode of charging stations is facing a great shock. Therefore, charging stations' research and development based on DG supply system has been the focus of many concerns. One of the most important problems is how to offset the impact of charging stations on the network through the DG power supply's flexibility. In this paper, the background is the construction of charging stations at home and abroad. Firstly, the structure of charging stations based on DG power supply is introduced, and the overall composition of charging stations is analyzed in related to the primary system, AC-DC converters and control systems. An information and interactive control system scheme based on power line carrier is developed. Secondly, the power output of DG including photovoltaic(PV) and wind power is modeled and predicted by probabilistic method, and so on the relationship models between the PV output power and sunshine intensity, wind power and wind speed, are established. Meanwhile, the distribution network load forecasting is analyzed, for the further guidance of power exchange control between charging stations and grid. Finally, considering the charging modes, constant power charging mode and track power charging mode, the impact on grid stability in different charging mode is analyzed using Mont Carlo simulation. The injection power of track power charging mode to grid is smooth and proven less impact on stability of grid, and has obvious advantages relative to constant power charging mode. A conclusion can be drawn that application based on DG power supply is an development trend in future, and will promote the electric vehicles charging stations' rapid development.
