Based On Space Syntax Three Living Space Communication Mode To Discuss

Along with our country city changes a process to be accelerated ceaselessly, city living space has been paid more and more attention. Living in comfort, safety, intimacy is a city people's general requirementsm of living environment.However,the residential construction in modern city,the access control area occupying a large proportion cannot provide enough the living environment which residents desire.Although the area of public facilities is varied, but it does not create a harmonious life, rich content of the scenes of life.To the contrary, it is shown by neighbourhood relations indifference from each other.This is diametrically opposite to the traditional neighborhood.This article attempts from the perspective of space, starts with the basic theory,that the spatial organization influens social activities, using the space syntax theory to analyse:in three different periods of the residential area,the contemporary access area, unit compound during the period of the planned economy and traditional neighborhood, space influences people's exchanges and its mode. First of all, gives a conjecture that people's interaction with best conditions in the traditional neighborhood, modern access control mode of living community is not beneficial to most activities;Then,by Investigation and research on this three class residential area of field in Changsha:contemporary access area, planned economy period unit courtyard,and traditional neighborhood,through interviews, questionnaires, records, Investigates the people's actual activities and its mode.Finally, using the three kinds of living space of parameter values from space syntax theory to prove the conjecture above,we get the conclusion that traditional neighborhood spatial pattern is promoting the residents' daily communication,it has a guiding role in the construction of residential area in modern city.On the basis of the above research,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the residential space characteristic of contemporary access area, planned economy period unit courtyard, and traditional neighborhood in Changsha,summarizes it,the space model which is benefit on daily activities,with high integration, high connectivity, high intelligibility and low depth value. In the construction of modern city residential area,We should pay more attention to starting with the view of spatial combination to design and create,by the design of space to influence people's social activities,to create a harmonious, comfortable, abundant life residential district.
