Research On Highway Illegality Based On Data Mining And Mobile Communication Technique

In recent years, along with vehicle flow increase, the traffic jam, illegality and the accident increase massively. The traffic safety becomes the common problem all over the world currently. Countries regardless of developed country or developing country withstand the traffic problems puzzle.In view of the fact that traffic accident's hazardous nature, the world's scholars crave to accident's forecast, but neglect the traffic illegal act. This paper analyzes the historical accident data and finds that drivers' illegal driving is the main reason of accidents' repeated occurrence based on road accident causation theory. Then we analyze illegal drivers' behavior mechanism, and prove that we must control the accident number to reduce the driving illegal situation.Then, this paper forecasts the illegality grade on specific time, specific road, specific weather by decision tree induction and classification, and instructs the traffic police department's dispatch. The traffic accident's forecast is only to the result forecast, while the traffic illegality's forecast is to the reason forecast. If the forecasting result obtains the effective application, it can reduce traffic accident's occurrence massively.At last, in view of the traffic policeman is demand of strict law enforcement, standard law enforcement, effective law enforcement, this paper unify the data mining technology and the mobile communication technology to construct a mobile management system of highway illegality. We integrate in this mobile platform four traffic illegality related function, such as illegality forecast, illegality inquiry, illegality simple processing, and illegality compulsion processing, Then, the traffic policeman outdoor can transmit data through the mobile termination in hands to the background server at anytime and anywhere. In this way, we solve the problem that it is difficult for the highway traffic policeman outdoor to forecast illegality, process illegality, collects evidence, raised the traffic policemen' working efficiency enormously, reduce traffic accident's occurrence massively, and controlled the traffic accident from the source to occur.
