The driving system of traditional screw pump is based on induction motor and gearbox. The efficiency and economical benefits were very poor.The permanent magnet brushless motor, due to its high reliability and control efficiency, is now applying to many fields.This paper had researched the control system of BLDC for oilfield. Through reading literature and data, firstly introduce the principle of BLDC. Then describe the control system of hardware and software in details. The most important is the algorithm of trapezoid and sine wave form control theory and flux-weakling control theory.The control system based on this project has already used in the oilfield. After taking many experiments, the result showed that the system had good performance and high efficiency. And reach target aim of saving energy.
