Study On Rapid Propagation Technique And Synthesis Appraise On Characteristics Of Lycoris

This thesis appraised 13 species Lycoris originating in China according to characteristics based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and studied technique of fast propagation with tissue culture about three species of Lycoris: L.sprengeri, L.squamigera, L.longituba.The system of synthesis appraisal emphasize particularly on colligation ornament characteristics of Lycoris.Herb, the species with orderly and bizarre anthotaxy has the highest appraisal, such as L.aurea, L. rosea . and that with big but out of order .ordinary colors ,such as L.longituba , L.chinensis, has the lowness appraisal.Study on the rapid Propagation Technique of Lycoris. Herb and get follow results: In the period found of axenic clone 0.1%HgCl2 is the best disinfector to deal with the Lycoris' bulb ,as to neat part, such as root, leave, and bulbil, is fit to use 0.1%HgCl2 antisepsis 7min. And found the best effect is the bulb scale with base. Root, leaf and bulb scale without base all were not inducement adventitious buds. Different position of bulb had different culture effect. 3-15 of middle part of bulb can be induced most adventitious buds but inner and outer of least it. Incised the bulb with three types (pieces of eight, pieces of six, piece of four), and found the type of pieces of six is best to Lycoris mass production. L.sprengeri is fit MS+BA5mg/l+NAA0.1mg/l and L.squamigera is fit MS+BA5mg/l+NAA0.5mg/l, but the medium fit to culture L.longituba haven't be found.In the period of Subculture-Found of mass production, the most multiplication of adventitious buds in MS+BA5mg/l+NAA0.5mg/l during subculture of L.sprengeri, L.squamigera. In the subculture the multiplication of adventitious buds fewer and young plant grown bad when the concentration of cane sugar increase to 4% or add KT to medium.And found the two types that the bud cultured 25ds and hasn't grown leaf and the young plant cultured 35-40ds decapitation have the same effect, and better than the type that incise the small bulb of young plants to pieces of four.In the period of take root and transplant young plant by tissue culture, the medium that adapt to culture young plants of L.sprengeri and L.squamigera to take root is MS+NAA0.1mg/1. Transplanted the tissue culture young plant of L.sprengeri and L.squamigera to medium that perlite: vermiculite =1:1 and the rate of survive is 100% with take careful after.
