To determine the physiological and the morphological indicators of flue-cured tobacco with the dripper irrigation experiment and set four levels of dripper discharge(1 L/h,1.5L/h,2 L/h,2.5 L/h) and CK at Jingcun town key laboratory in luonan county in 2010,the results and conclusions are as follows:1. With the simplified of equidistant and equal of capillary in differentiation method, and on the basis of mature in drag coefficient has been calculated, and ignore the end of the capillary flow effect, and made the direct calculation formula in capillary of head losses.2. In the rosette stage, different dripper discharge on dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco was no significant of difference in vigorous stage, the emitter flow rate in treatment of 2 L/h have the biggest dry matter accumulation than the other treatments and the contrast group amount of material accumulated. In topping and mature stage, the most dry matter accumulation in the treatment of 2L/h.3. Different dripper discharge of flue-cured tobacco in the rosette stage prior to the effective maximum number of leaves and leaf area had no significant effect. In vigorous growth and topping stage, different dripper discharge of leaf growth were significantly affected, 1L/h of the dripper discharge with the growth of flue-cured tobacco leaves was the most unfavorable, as the emitter discharge rate increased, the extent of leaf growth is rising, when the dripper discharge rate to 2.5L/h, the extent has declined in the growth of leaves. The effective regular pattern of different dripper discharge on stem diameter and height as similar as the number of leaves and leaf area.4. In vigorous stage, the biggest root activity in the whole growth period in flue-cured tobacco, the maximum of root activity in treatment of 2L/h. In the topping stage, the treatment of different dripper discharge has the most obvious difference between the root activity, the treatment of 1L/h and 1.5L/h, the root activity than the contrast group decreased 28.85% and 14.94%, and the treatment of 2L/h and 2.5L/h than the contrast group increased 19.77% and 13.68%.5. Different dripper discharge of nitrogen absorption before the rosette stage has little effect, in vigorous and mature stage, the soil nitrate nitrogen content distribution 1L/h>1.5L/h> contrast group>2.5L/h>2L/h. The treatment of 2L/h is superior in the effective of leaf number, maximum leaf area, stem diameter, plant height and root activity than other treatments, Soil NO3--N content of root zone is the lowest.6. In rosette and vigorous stage, the net photosynthetic rate of flue-cured tobacco has increased, in topping stage the net photosynthetic rate is small than vigorous stage, but the decrease is modest. In the mature stage, the photosynthetic rate of decline speed in flue-cured tobacco was more obvious. In the whole growth period, the treatment of 2L/h transpiration rate than the others.
