3750m~3/hm~2(A),3000m~3/hm~2(B),2250 m~3/hm~2(C)ε'Œ1500 m~3/hm~2(D)and CK (3300 m~3/hm~2) were designed in the experiment to study the effect of irrigating amount on temperature and humidity of soil in the garden, physiological and biochemical characteristics and the quality of the fruit of the Red Globe grape in the solar greenhouse under autumn-prolonging cultivation, in forward to providing theory evidence for cultivating postponed the Red Globe grape in the cold plateau region. The main results as follows:1.At 07:00, 13:00 and 19:00, the monthly average temperature of all the treatments were droping from June to september and basically stable for the field plastic film form September to December. At 07:00, the monthly average temperature was CK>D>C>A>B in June, CK>A>C>D>B in September. The annual average temperature of A, B, C, D and CK were 12.19℃, 11.38℃, 11.39℃, 11.79℃and 13.07℃at 07:00. The monthly average temperature was C>D>CK>A>B at 13:00 in June, and A>CK >D>C>B in September. And the annual average temperature of A, B, C, D and CK were 15.44℃, 14.36℃, 14.74℃, 15.81℃and 15.57℃. At 19:00, the monthly average temperature of all the treatments were droping from June to september and basically stable for the field plastic film form September to December. At 19:00, the monthly average temperature was C>CK >D>A>B in June, A>CK >D>C>B in September, and the annual average temperature of A, B, C, D and CK were 15.17℃, 14.00℃, 14.42℃, 14.98℃and 15.34℃. The all-day monthly average temperature of all the treatments were droping from June to september and basically stable for the field plastic film form September to December. The sequence of all-day monthly average temperature was C>CK >D>A>B in the June. The sequence of all-day monthly average temperature was CK>A>D>C>B in the September.2.The effect of the different irrigating amount on the soil moisture content at 0~10cm,10~20cm and 20~40cm in the grape garden was consistent. The soil moisture content for A, B, C, D and CK were 21.65%, 20.65%, 19.64%, 18.84% and 21.01% in the depth of 0~10cm, 23.26%, 21.97%, 21.19%, 20.33% and 22.49% in the depth of 10~20cm, and 25.38%,23.97%,23.28%,22.36% and 24.68% in the depth of 20~40cm. A was maximum, and the sequence of other was CK, B, C, D; A, B, C and CK were not significant, while D and CK were significant.3.The activity of SOD, POD and CAT in the grape leaves of all the traetments were rising in all the phenological period with the decreasing of the irrigating amount, and the content of MDA and proline was rising, while the soluble proteins content was droping. The water stress was more and more serious with the decreasing of the irrigating amount. With the decreasing of the irrigating amount, the chlorophyll content were rising first and then declining. The decreasing of the irrigating amount not only caused mildly water stress, but also stimulated the synthesis of the chlorophyll and accelerated the synthesis of the carbohydrates, which was good at the yield.4. The weight of cluster and berry were 6.06% and 6.00% biger than CK significantly; The diameter and length of the berry were 0.50% and 1.04% biger than CK unsignificantly; The soluble sugar of B was 2.79% biger than CK significantly; The titrable acidity of B was 10.54% lower than CK significantly. B saved water and improved the fruit quality significantly, which was the best irrigating amount for the Red Globe grape in the solar greenhouse under autumn-prolonging cultivation in tianzhu tibetan autonomous county and the same area.
