| Reel device is the core components of intake mechanism, which belongs to the mower table of silage harvester. Its main function is to grab the stalk of ensilage crop and transport them to the conveyor screw, so that the mower table can accomplish to the harvest and feeding work of dwarf ensilage crop. The rational structural parameters of reel device direct impact on the feeding performance of the mower table, and the work quality and productivity of the silage harvester also depend on it. This paper researched the current situation of animal husbandry and the use actuality of silage and silage harvester in China, and combined the project, namely,9QS8 self-propelled silage harvester with no branch, we researched the reel device to the barley-silage harvesting, completed the bench orthogonal experiment as well as. According to the analysis results of the effects of the parameters on performance of reel device ascertains the optimal proposal finally and provides a design reference for further development of dwarf crop silage harvester.Through theoretical research and experimental verification, the primary conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) The optimal combination program of reel device as follows:â‘ the speed of header reel is 46rpm;â‘¡the clearance between reel tooth and the feeder plate of mower table is 25mm;â‘¢the row number of reel tooth is 4.(2)The row number of the reel tooth is the most important fact for the stalk backing rate and the residue of stalk. Considering the test results of the stalk backing rate and the residue of stalk, when the row number is 4, the feeding performance will be the best.(3)The clearance between reel tooth and the feeder plate of mower table should be in a more reasonable range, too large or too small will cause the stalk backing rate and the residue of stalk increase in haste.(4)Changing the speed of header reel is good for the feeding performance. Combination of the two test results, for this study, when the speed of header reel is 46rpm, the feeding performance will be better. |
