A Study Of Chinese Orchid Culture From An Ecological Aesthetics Perspective

As a precious species of ornamental plants with elegant natural attributes,Chinese orchid has become a cultural expression of Chinese literati due to its graceful nature.In the time-honored course of Chinese cultural history,this species has transformed into one that carries human characters and formed the Chinese orchid culture with distinctive character traits.Ecological aesthetics features the introspection of human beings on the changes they lead to nature at the age of industrial civilization and is regarded as the introspection and transcendence of “Art centrism”.In the astronomic view of Chinese ancients,nature,based on which humans live in the agrarian age,is the foundation of esthetic activities.Based on ecological aesthetics,this paper conducted a study of Chinese orchid culture.The research result of botanical culture and Chinese orchid culture not only is a breakthrough in traditional ecological aesthetics theory study but also contributes to the construction of ecological civilization in contemporary China.First,the relationship between the botanical attributes and ornamental values of Chinese orchid and ecological aesthetics is introduced;The theory of ecological aesthetics is combined with Chinese orchid culture;Through a brief summary of the development history of Chinese orchid culture,the rich connotation of ecological aesthetics in Chinese orchid is studied;research results of Chinese and foreign ecological aesthetics are explored,providing theoretical support for the innovation in studying Chinese orchid culture.Second,the manifestation forms of Chinese orchid ecological aesthetics are discussed;the change of traditional society removed Chinese orchid from its original physical state,imposed human wills and wishes to it,and shaped a graceful,elegant,and independent quality.discussed the manifestation forms of Chinese orchid's ecological aesthetics in terms of literary works,painting,and landscape architecture.The way in which this paper studies the traditional Chinese ecological aesthetics wisdom based on the inheritance of Chinese orchid culture's values.In the end,based on the universal concept in ecological aesthetics,describes the construction of aesthetic culture in the context of consumption in combination with the theories and guidelines of ecological civilization construction,takes the representative personages of modern artistic orchid to introduce the current development status of the industrialization of Chinese ground orchid,and studies Chinese people's attitude to the development of orchid culture,focusing on how Chinese orchid culture leads ecological aesthetics during the transformation from industrial civilization to ecological civilization,and integrating the ecological and cultural values of Chinese orchid with modern socialist spiritual civilization,it can promote the construction of ecological civilization in China.
