Environmental Management Reseach On The Natural Forest Protection Project Of Shaanxi Province On The Ecological Aesthetics Perspective

The implementation of natural forest protection project can not only build landecological security barrier of China, also can leave valuable ecological resources for Chinesechildren. The first phase of natural forest protection project of Shaanxi Province began a pilotin1998, officially started from2000, completed in2010. After ten years of construction, thefirst phase of the natural forest protection project achieved its goal, and has achievedremarkable results, including those forest resources effectively restore to grow, forestecological function get strengthen, the biological species get abundance, the stability andunity of forest district can be maintained in a certain extent, and the forestry industry hasdeveloped. At the end of first phase and the beginning of second phase of the project, whenthe significant results achieved in the environmental management of natural forest protectionproject is comprehensively evaluated, it needs to be more aware of the new situation and newtask. Review the preliminary construction of natural forest protection project in the secondphase and the completion of the the phase, analyze the10years environmental managementachievements and the problems in the first phase of the project in Shaanxi Province, thisresearch thus proposes policy recommendations from the ecological aesthetic perspective tothe second phase of the natural forest protection project which began from2011.Based on the forestry development theory of environmental management, ecologicalaesthetics idea, combined the way of literature analysis, field research, qualitative andquantitative methods, the implementation of the natural forest protection project in Shaanxiprovince is analyzed. Through the comparison of the various indicators and charts, theimplementation effect and the existing problems of the environmental management of naturalforest protection project in Shaanxi Province is got and puts forward the reasonable measuresof environmental management.There are six chapters included:Chapter1mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of thisthesis, methods of the research, the research progress at home and abroad, and the innovationsof the paper. Chapter2introduces the theoretical foundation of the thesis, mainly includingenvironmental management theory and the concept of ecological aesthetics.Chapter3introduces the implementation of the natural forest protection project inShaanxi Province. There are three main parts, namely the first phase project of ShaanxiProvince, the completion of the planning and implementation of natural forest protection,necessity of the second phase of the project and the plan for it.Chapter4introduces the environmental management status of the natural forestprotection project in Shaanxi province. Firstly, a major environmental managementexperience of the natural forest protection project including environmental managementmeasures adopted and the ecological, economic and social benefits is stated, and secondly itpoints out the environmental management problems of the natural forest protection project,thirdly the idea of using environmental management in the second phase of the project isillustrated. The basis for the establishment of the index system of environmental managementand policy recommendations are provided by the comparison of the experiences.Chapter5combined with the reality of environmental management of the natural forestprotection project in Shaanxi province and the reference environment managementexperiences of numerous forestry projects, it establishes the index system of environmentalmanagement of natural forest protection project in Shaanxi Province, to measure theenvironmental management better and provide experiences for other forestry projects.Chapter6proposes the environmental management policy of the natural forest protectionproject on the ecological aesthetics view by the analysis above.
