Edible Fungi is the characteristics industry of Fujian Province. Agaricus blazei Murill is the main export varieties of mushrooms and occupies an important position in Edible fungi industry. The research of its high nutritional and medicinal value is constantly developing.Cadmium (Cd) has heavy toxicity on human and animal, it is the most serious hazards of heavy metal pollution of farmland. Agaricus blazei Murill susceptible to heavy metal pollution, has rich cadmium capacity, the cadmium content of 10mg/kg generally, some as high as 20mg/kg is far more than the food hygiene standards, affecting the research of Agaricus blazei Murill as the health food and utilization of new medicines.40 Agaricus blazei Murill strains have been collected in the province, the fruiting tests showed that under the same mode of cultivation and raw materials, cadmium adsorption capacity of species of Agaricus blazei Murill is different. The production of low-cadmium through breeding, to reduce the cadmium content of Agaricus blazei Murill.MCRA00011 +1 and AbML2 strains with high yield, biological efficiency reached 32.33%, 31.87%; cadmium content was lower, respectively, 5.61 mg / kg and 5.74 mg / kg, further field experiments need to study for the strain used in production.Studies showed that adding calcium and magnesium phosphate, calcium fertilizer could reduce the cadmium content of Agaricus blazei Murill, especially adding 0.6% or 1.5% calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, can be used in the production of Agaricus blazei Murill. The most samples of Agaricus blazei Murill showed that the roots of high cadmium content, followed by stipe, and finally the cap, cadmium content of samples decreased slightly with the tide times. It's same as plant nutrient uptake and transport.Agaricus blazei Murill cadmium may not be in the form of small molecules and organic acids, amino acids to form complexes, which may be based on the form of protein molecules or peptides complexes with cadmium.
