The Research On3D Emergency Command System For Forest Fire In Google Earth

The forest fire emergency command system is an important part of the forest fires emergency management work, has a direct relationship with the success or failure of the emergency command and fire caused the ultimate loss. The content of this article is main about the two-three-dimensional integration of the forest fire emergency command system, which can reduce the construction cost data, improve the efficiency of the emergency command and mitigate the losses caused by fire. On the basis of summarizing and researching several literature, this paper uses a variety of techniques such as forestry, computer science, mapping and other theoretical foundations as well as3D scene modeling, GIS spatial analysis, ArcEngine development and the Google Earth development, establishing the three-dimensional forest fire emergency command system centering on the three-dimensional system platform and being assisted with two-three-dimensional platform. The main work is the following several aspects:(1)Introduce and analyze in detail about the key techniques and methods of forest fire emergency command system required. Introduce the technology that two-three-dimensional platform needed and the model about three-dimensional scene of fire.(2) The needed two-dimensional subsystem based on ArcEngine building forest fire emergency command system is now potential for the three-dimensional platform of strong thematic data and GIS spatial analysis functions.(3) The needed three-dimensional subsystem based on Google Earth building forest fire emergency command system gives a visual show on three-dimensional fire scene to provide users with a virtual simulation of the geographical environment. At the same time, it interacts with two-dimensional system in space calculation.This paper is on the basis of building3D scenes and file format conversion, in support of Oracle and ArcSDE, based ArcEngine and Google Earth secondary development to build the two-three-dimensional integration system of the forest fire emergency command. Through the testing of experimental data, the system is able to meet the design requirements, save the cost of data construction, supply the three-dimensional simulation scenarios and the powerful spatial analysis capabilities to users, improve the command decision-making ability of the users.
