Analysis On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Forest Fire Precise Control System In Bailang Forestry Bureau

Taking the forest area of Bailang Forestry Bureau as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of forest fire prevention by using the methods of field investigation,expert consultation and literature review,and discusses the construction of integrated technology of forest fire prevention and control,monitoring and extinguishing from three aspects:prevention and control of biological fire prevention belt,dynamic monitoring and accurate positioning system of forest fire,and command communication system of forest fire fighting The purpose of this system is to better control and real-time monitor the occurrence of forest fire and realize emergency command.The results show that:(1)there are more combustibles accumulated in the original fire belt,and there is no biological fire isolation for effective prevention of forest fire.Larix gmelinii was selected as the tree species for the construction of biological fire prevention forest belt.33.8 km of new biological fire prevention forest belt and 30 km of transformed biological fire prevention forest belt were built along the 58km border fire separation zone of Bailang Forestry Bureau.At the same time,a water fire extinguishing system is built along the border.(2)The Forestry Bureau lacks the dynamic monitoring and accurate positioning system of forest fire and plans to build a dynamic monitoring and accurate positioning system composed of front-end monitoring points,forest fire identification and positioning system,wireless transmission system and iron tower.The reasonable construction locations of forest fire video monitoring points are Gaoyue mountain,Jiguan mountain,frozen dead man mountain,Chagan mountain and Sanguang mountain.(3)Lack of communication equipment,forest fire fighting emergency communication command system is not perfect,lack of information transmission capacity.Through the construction of a complete forest fire fighting emergency communication command system,including satellite communication module,private network communication module,vehicle audio and video module,power supply module,warning module,central terminal ground station module.
