| For vegetable production in the area of dandong, as a result of the unreasonable application for nitrogenous fertilizer leaded to reduce the quality of vegetables and improve the harm of soil quality.In this paper I studied of five levels (N0, N1, N2, N3, N4), nitrogenous fertilizer's levels were 0, 4,8,16,24 g per pot and 5,7.5,10,12.5,15.0g/pot,The influence to the quality of cabbage and tomato production and the soil physical-chemical indexes, the main findings were as follows:l.The nitrate content in cabbage increased with rising nitrogenous fertilizer, a positive correlation between the two.Nitrogenous fertilizer to improve the quality of cabbage had a role,an appropriate amount of chemical nitrogenous fertilizer could had been reduced the nitrate content in edible parts of cabbage;cabbage Vc content and soluble sugar content was proportional with the nitrogen content; appropriate crude fiber content could had been improved the cabbage's nutritional quality and taste,also could had been promoted protein synthesis in edible parts of cabbage.In dandong area,cabbage with good quality owning to chemical nitrogenous fertilizer should not been more than 16gN/pot,that was 0.4 to 0.8 grams per kilogram of soil nitrogenous fertilizer.2.1n the case of low-nitrogen tomato,with the nitrogen contented increasing,tomato production proportion to the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer.When nitrogenous fertilizer up to one pot reached 12.5g.the tomato production inversed proportion to the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer. Changes with the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer,tomato fruit in vitamin c content was proportional to the trend when reached the 12.5g per pot,tomato Vc content achieved maximum 133ug/g,then the start with the increase in the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer decreased. With the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer increased the nitrate content of tomato fruit and proportional to the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer.And in the process of this experiment nitrate pollution-free vegetables were much lower than the national standards required to allow the amount of security. With the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer increasing, farmers had an economic gain first increases and then decreases, the best gain in the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer 10.0g to 12.5g per pot between,that was,0.5 grams to 0.625 grams per kilogram of soil nitrogenous fertilizer. |
