In order to find out the coupling mode of water and fertilizer for efficient production of strawberry, this study use d“New Star”strawberry as experimental material, through two consecutive years of greenhouse experiment, setting up two factors:fertigation mode and fertilizer level. The fertigation modes were moistube fertiagtion?MI?and drip fertiagtion mode?DI?.The four fertilizer levels were high fertilizer?FH?,medium fertilizer?FM?,low fertilizer?FL?and no fertilizer?FN?.The complete combination design was adopted, using a total of 8 treatments, and repeating each treatment for 3 times. In this paper, the effects of different fertigation modes and fertilization levels on the nutritional quality of strawber ries and soil micro-ecological environment were studied, and the following important conclusions are obtained.?1?The fertigation modes had significant effects on the contents of vitamin C,soluble protein, soluble sugar, soluble solid, ratio of sugar to acid and titratable acid in strawberry fruit;the level of fertilizer ha d significant effects on the contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar, titratable acid,sugar-acid ratio and soluble solids;and the interaction of fertigation mode and fertilizer level had significant effects on vitamin C,soluble protein, titratable acid and sugar-acid ratio?P<0.05?.?2?Compared with DI,MI did not increase significantly strawberry yield.MI increased the content of soluble solids and soluble sugar in strawberry by 5.84%-7.63%and 0.7%-9.48%,respectively.While decreased the content of titratable acid by4.17%-10.00%.FM increased the yield and nutritional quality of strawberry and increased the contents of soluble solids, soluble protein, vitamin C and soluble suga r in fruit.Compared with DIFN,vitamin C,soluble protein, titratable acid and soluble solids of MIFM increased the most.?3?Compared with DI treatment,MI treatment increased the content of soil water and fertilizer, the number of soil bacteria and soil enzyme activities?catalase, acid phosphatase and urease?,but decreased the number of soil fungi and actinomycetes.Compared with FN treatment, increasing fertilizer level improved the contents of soil nutrients?nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium?by5.02%-27.43%,and the number of soil microorganisms?bacteria and actinomycetes?by 10.12%-43.61%and soil enzyme activity ranges by 5.95%-29.12%,respectively.While it decreased the number of soil fungi.?4?Compared with DI treatment,MI treatment increased the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, water use efficiency and light energy use efficiency of strawberry leaves by 2.46%-11.52%,but did not significantly reduce the concentration of CO2.MIFM treatment significantly improved the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of strawberry leaves, and obtained higher water use efficiency and light energy use efficiency. Therefore, the combination of moistube fertiagtion mode and medium fertilizer level?MIFM?improved the soil micro-ecological environment in strawberry root zone, and obtained the maximum nutritional quality. Thus, this combination was a better fertigation mode?integrated management of water and fertilizer?.
