There are an abundant resource of corn stalks in our country, which is mainly composed of leaves, rind and pith. Leaves and rind are excellent livestock for feeding, can also be used to make packaging buffer material. Pith is good material for paper, plywood and other industries. It will boost to effectively exploit resources if all parts of stalk can be separated effectively so people open the exhibition research on the separate technique of leaves, rind and pith of corn stalks, the contents of this thesis research is developing leaves-rind-pith separation auto-equipment for corn stalk.New leaves-rind-pith separation auto-equipment for corn stalk belongs to the stalks of crop processor, it comprises three parts:the auto-device for feeding corn stalks, leaves removing device and rind removing device. The auto-device for feeding corn stalks is to make packaged corn stalks into the device one by one; the leaves removing device is for the separation leaves from corn stalks; the rind removing device is for the separation rind from corn stalks, finally realizes the leaves-rind-pith separation and discretely gather. The last part of new leaves-rind-pith separation auto-equipment for corn stalk is mainly study in this thesis, namely the design and manufacture of rind removing device. It mainly include:the total project design of rind removing device; the structural design and motion simulation of rind removing device; static analysis and mode analysis of key parts of rind removing device; test and debugging of rind removing device.The total project design of rind removing device mainly introduces the process, the overall design and features of rind removing device. The structural design and motion simulation of the rind removing device designs various parts of the device with the actual size and get the assembly, motion simulation and animation with the actual situation by PRO/E. Which can be visually displayed the rind removing device's model and the actual work process, together with the test interference of the rind removing device at the design stage, providing reference for the manufacture and installation of the physical environment.Static analysis for key parts and modal analysis of the rind removing device are done by ANSYS. Cutter, chopper and scraper are key parts of the device, and they need good mechanical performance, also their performance directly affects the continuous work of device. So this thesis establishes3D model of these key parts by PRO/E then imports into ANSYS for statics analysis, and gets the stress distribution and displacement characteristics of the typical conditions and provides certain reference to the actual test analysis. Modal analysis of the rind removing device is simplified then imports into the ANSYS for modal analysis, and gets the natural frequency and expanded model of the rind removing device, in order to prevent the resonance or reducing the resonance and noise in the work.The rind removing device need repeated test and debugging after design and manufacture, in order to testing the design of the device whether reasonable and some of the parameters whether need to be improved, to adjust the device working in the best state, and make the device more rational, intelligent and better.
