The study object of this thesis is new leaves-rind-pith separation auto-equipment forcorn stalk. In current market the machines which can separate corn stalk entirely are verylimited. Base on that phenomenon, the machine designed this time should achieve thefunction to save power, improve environment and make the best use of everything. For thewhole machine, the main duty of this thesis is to design and manufacture feeding-in deviceand leaves separation device. The process of feeding-in device is to realize automaticallyfeeding-in only one corn stalk, and the process of leaves separation device is to realizeentirely wiping off leaves and collecting them.All the work begins with the design of transmission projects for feeding-in device andleaves separation device. After comparing the characters of several projects, this thesisfinally adopts the one that combines gear, chain-wheel and V-wheel. And then transmissionparameters are collocated,2D design for feeding-in device and leaves separation device arecompleted. This thesis also uses Pro/E to carry through3D elements design,3D assemblingdesign and locomotion simulating for feeding-in device and leaves separation device. At laststatics analysis and mode analysis in ANSYS are used in this thesis for feeding-in deviceand leaves separation device and with the test of new leaves-rind-pith separationauto-equipment for corn stalk sample some conclusion are gained.The results of this thesis are as follow:2D design of feeding-in device and leaves separation device3D elements design of feeding-in device and leaves separation device3D assembling design of feeding-in device and leaves separation deviceLocomotion simulation of feeding-in device and leaves separation devicePivotal elements’statics analysis of feeding-in device and leaves separation devicMode analysis of feeding-in device and leaves separation deviceTest of the "new Leaves-rind-pith separation auto-equipment for corn stalk" sampleVia reviewing the sample the conclusions are like that New Leaves-Rind-Pith Separation Auto-equipment for Corn Stalk can achieve quickly feeding in only one cornstalk automatically, cleaning the leaves clearly and collecting them, wiping off pith andcollecting them, and exporting rind. The test result accords with the design purpose well, ifNew Leaves-Rind-Pith Separation Auto-equipment for Corn Stalk can be used widely intomarket,it will be good for environment, energy sources and human being.
