Gerbera jamesonii was selected as material to study the effects of NO on senescence and themechanism of NO.SNP were applied as vase solution and pretreatment solution to study the mechanismof exogenous NO;and Hemoglobin were applied as vase solution and pretreatment solution to study themechanism of endogenous NO;and three different genetypes of Gerbera was selected as material tostudy the effects of NO on different genetypes of cut Gerbera.The results showed as follows:1,The effects of SNP on senescence in cut Gerbera and its mechanismThe effects of different concentration of SNP on senescence in cut Gerbera:0μmol L-1,10μmolL-1,100μmol L-1,500μmol L-1SNP were applied in vase solution and the result showes that lowconcentration of SNP delay the senescence of cut Gerbera and high concentration of SNP aggravate thesenescence of cut Gerbera and100μmol L-1was the best SNP concentration by delaying the senescenceof cut Gerbera.The mechanism of SNP on senescence in cut Gerbera:100μmol L-1SNP were applied in vasesolution and pretreatment solution and the result showes that each treatment could increase relativewater,increase SOD,POD activity,delay the increasing of MDA,H2O2content and delay thedecreasing of soluble protein.2,The effects of Hemoglobin on senescence in cut Gerbera and its mechanismThe effects of different concentration of Hemoglobin on senescence in cut Gerbera:0μmol L-1,5μmol L-1,15μmol L-1Hemoglobin were applied in vase solution and the result showes that eachconcentration of SNP aggravate the senescence of Gerbera.The mechanism of Hemoglobin on senescence in cut Gerbera:15μmol L-1Hemoglobin wereapplied in vase solution and pretreatment solution and the result showes that each treatment coulddecrease relative water,decrease SOD,POD activity,aggravate the increasing of MDA,H2O2contentand aggravate the decreasing of soluble protein.3,The effects of SNP on senescence on three different genetypes of cut Gerbera and its mechanism100μmol L-1SNP were applied in vase solution on different genetypes of cut Gerbera(linglong,yangguanghaian,liduo)and the result showes this treatment could increase vase life,relative water,flower weight,increase SOD,POD activity,delay the creasing of MDA,H2O2content and delay the decreasing of soluble protein.In a word,high concentration of SNP could aggravate the senescence of cut Gerbera and lowconcentration of SNP delay the senescence of cut Gerbera;endogenous NO could delay the senescenceof cut Gerbera;NO could delay the senescence of cut Gerbera of three different genetypes....
