Agricultural resources are the foundation of agricultural production. Tropical regions have unique agricultural resources in that not only abundant natural resources such as water and climate, but also crop variety are available in this area. Moreover, the biomass and turnover rates provided by crops in unit area and time are high and fast. All these have give great production and development potentials to tropical regions. In recent years, with the advance of agricultural productivity, the agriculture development has seen a good progress and its industrial structure has been optimized gradually. However, some problems remain in the production process, e.g., some farmers carry out their work based on their experiences and overexploit agricultural resources. For agricultural production, these behaviors are not the best production modes, and cause great waste of agricultural resources.To utilize agricultural resources in tropical regions more wisely and reasonably, this research applied technologies such as GIS, Network, Database and mathematical models, and the study combined with network of information technology, according to the database data encoding standard, build the database of agricultural resources of Danzhou City successfully. The study is build a platform-independent model from the perspective of the formal specification of the structure, function and behavior, and the Data services middleware for service system structure model framework and agricultural resources of space-based. The system to achieve the efficient management of tropical agricultural resources, rapid updates and effective sharing, in order to provide information support for optimize the layout of the characteristics of agricultural products, the mining of special resources and Agricultural Resources Digital Management in Hainan.In the user interface, we design the different functional interface for different users. Through the different interface, the each user can share their part of the data and their professional technology in the system. And through the different interface in order to protect the security of system data. The system is based on B/S structure and use the site model a variety of user types, through WebGIS spatial data and attribute data with each other inquiries, and functional outcome data in the form of a graphical display to the user. In addition,the system uses a modular design, a certain amount of space reserved for the system to facilitate further expansion, improve services and functions of the system.The system achieve Information, standardized and systematic management. Through the system could provide information support for farmers through the network, and references for an intuitive and fast decision for the management of agricultural production in tropical regions. This helps agricultural administrative departments make crops layout optimization of tropical agricultural production and rational planning of the agriculture industry in time in order to fulfill goals such as promoting industrial restructuring of tropical agriculture, increasing tropical agricultural crop yields, and raising the income of agricultural producers.
