The Regional Benefit Evaluation And Management System Design About Agricultural Efficient Water-saving Preject

China is a large agricultural country.Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy.It is an important guarantee for the rapid economic development,the building of a well-off society in an all-round way,and the stability and harmony of the social environment.As a big agricultural province in China,Henan has become an important agricultural export province because of its vast territory and abundant illumination.However,due to the shortage of irrigation water in Henan area,the saving and effective use of water resources has become an important research topic in recent years.With the rapid development of modern information technology,it has gradually infiltrated into the development process of modern agriculture.From the agricultural water-saving engineering survey plan to the actual implementation of the project,as well as the final evaluation of the effectiveness of water-saving effect,information technology has been through,and can not.But in the face of the actual problems in agricultural water-saving technology,still need to be solved,such as the use of professional knowledge link of information technology mostly requires the operator to have excellent,the operation process is complicated,it is difficult to meet the practical needs of farmers;finally,the evaluation process evaluation on the economic benefits of a more detailed,but ignore the ecological balance and sustainable development and so on.It is the main purpose of this paper that how to apply the information technology to the efficiency evaluation of agricultural water saving,and how to realize the fast and convenient evaluation model of new economy and new agriculture.This paper is to construct a set of efficient water-saving agriculture in Zhongmu County of Henan province regional benefit evaluation system in the form of computer software,using computer to large database and fast computation of complex data,services in the construction of modern agriculture,promote the development of agricultural water conservation.
