Study On The Compensation Mechanism Of The Straw Carbon Sinks

Since the beginning of the21st century, the increasing global focus on climate issues, allindustries are advocated to reduce emissions of carbon sequestration. Through changes inagricultural production and management methods such as straw, to increase the carbonsequestration of agricultural soils, not only helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the air,sustainable development of agriculture; but also help to improve farmers living standards, thedevelopment of intensive economic building a new socialist countryside is a new attempt ofthe agricultural sector emissions of carbon sequestration.Carbon sinks compensation theory, the use of the theory of externalities, public goods,ecological capital value, feasibility and necessity to motivate farmers to participate in thestraw project must be the establishment of carbon sinks' compensation system. Combinedwith carbon sequestration compensation principle of ecological compensation mechanismbased on the project's done a comprehensive analysis: the main object of the compensation,the compensation standard method for determining the source of funds, compensation in theform and way, and oversight mechanisms. And then combined with the surveys, the farmersof Jining City, analyze the basic characteristics of farmers willingness to participate in thestraw project, and willingness to accept the survey method to get the land the farmers arewilling to accept the amount of compensation. Finally, the characteristics of the local build acompensation mechanism for local carbon sinks. The paper is divided into six chapters, threeparts.The first part (Chapter I,II).
