The Expression Of TIP30/CC3 And OPN In Tissue Of Different Cervical Variations And Its Significances

Objective:It was to observe and analysis the expression and clinical significances of TIP30/CC3 and OPN in tissue of different cervical variations and its correlation.Methods:Adopting the method of SABC and MIAS medical image analysis system, we detect the performance of TIP30/CC3 (Tat interacting protein 30) and OPN (osteopontin) in 20 chronic cervicitis, 23 cervical intraepithelial neoplasias,40 cervical cancer. The data was analyzed with SPSS 18.0 software package for non-parametric analysis(Independent-Samples T test,One-Way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis).Results:The average gray value of TIP30/CC3 in chronic cervicitis is 121.17,8.52,in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is 124.70±5.60,in cervical cancer is 173.15±7.51, there existed significant difference in three groups(p<0.05);The expression of TIP30/CC3 was correlated with clinical stage, differential degree and lymph nodes metastasis (P<0.05), but there was no closely related to ages and tissue type(P>0.05).The average gray value of OPN in chronic cervicitis is 172.52±8.70,in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is 161.13±8.89,in cervical cancer is 112.81±8.85, there existed significant difference in three groups(p<0.05); The expression of OPN was correlated with clinical stage, differential degree, lymph nodes metastasis (P＜0.05), but there was no closely related to ages and tissue type (P>0.05);The expression of TIP30/CC3 was negative correlated with OPN in cervical cancer (r=-0.759, p= 0.000),and have statistical sense.Conclusion:1.The expression of TIP30/CC3 in chronic cervicitis, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer is gradually decreased,and is correlated with the clinical stage,histological differe-ntiation and lymphatic metastasis. Low expression of TIP30/CC3 may promote the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma.2.The expression of OPN in chronic cervicitis, cervical intraepi-thelial neoplasia and cervical cancer is gradually increased, and is correlated with the clinical stage,histological differentiation and lymphatic metastasis. It may be used as one of the index to evaluate the cervical carcinoma, and provide a basis for the early diagnosis and combined therapy of cervical cancer.3.The expression of TIP30/CC3 was negative correlated with OPN in cervical cancer,which means that the two factor have a functional antagonist through horizontal gene regulation or signal transduction pathways in the development of cervical carcinoma.
