| Objective:To investigate the effects of E-cadherin,β-catenin, MCM7 and FHIT expression and the significance in CIN and ISCC.Our target was to explore the possible mechanism in the development of CIN and ISCC, to study the worth in early diagnosisforeseeing of CIN differential diagnosis of LSIL and HSIL, and the assessment of prognosis.Methods:Experimental specimens were collected by the department of pathology in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from January 2005-December 2009. The expression of E-cadherin, p-catenin, MCM7 and FHIT protein in 10 cases of Normal Cervical Squamous epithelium,25 cases of CINâ… ,25 cases of CINâ…¡,25 cases of C1Nâ…¢,25 cases of ISCC was detected respectively by immunohistochemical SP methods. The,date was analyzed by SPSS software.ResultsI.. The expression of E-cadherin in Normal Cervical Squamous epithelium was higher than CINâ… (P>0.05), in Cervical Squamous epithelium, CIN I was higher than CINâ…¡, CINâ…¢,1SCC(P<0.05), in CINIII was higher than ISCC(P>0.05) Discontinuation signal was discovered in cancer nest center of some particular case.2. The expression ofβ-catenin Normal Cervical Squamous epithelium, CIN I was higher than CIN II (P>0.05), in Normal Cervical Squamous epithelium, CIN I was higher than CINIâ…¡,ISCC (P>0.05)(P<0.05), in CINâ…¢was higher than ISCC(P>0.05).3. In 110 case,there were remakabaly positive correlation amang the expression of E-cadherin andβ-catenin.4 The expression of MCM in CIN I was higher than Normal Cervical Squamous epithelium(P<0.05), in CINâ…¡, CINâ…¢, ISCC was higher than CINâ… , Normal Cervical Squamous epithelium(P<0.05), in CINIII was as the same as ISCC.5. The expression of FHIT in Normal Cervical Squamous epithelium was higher than CINâ… ,CINâ…¡,CINâ…¢(P>0.05), in CINâ… was higher than CINâ…¡, CINâ…¢, ISCC(P<0.05); in CINâ…¢was higher than ISCC(P<0.05). Conclusions:1. E-cadherin and (3-catenin are closely correlated with CIN grade and can be an additional standard in CIN classification. The declining and abnomal expression of E-cadherin,β-catenin play the important roles in the development of CIN and progress of ISCC, and participate in the process of benign tumor and malignant tumor of cervieal carcinoma.; Detection of E-cadherin and E-cadherin, P-catenin jointly is helpful to evaluate its clinical diagnosis and clinical prognosis and pathological diagnosis of carcinoma.2. MCM is early events in the progress of CIN and ISCC.The expression degree of MCM was increasing by development of CIN and can be the effective biological tag in screening of ISCC. Detection of MCM is helpful to early diagnosis of CIN,ISCC and distinguish between LSIL and HSIL.3. FHIT is early events in the progress of CIN and ISCC,and closely correlated with CIN grade. Detection of MCM is helpful to early diagnosis of CIN,ISCC and distinguish between LSIL and HSIL. And FHIT can be the effective biological tag in invasion process of cancer in situ. |
