Clinical Research On The Effect Of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Combined With Ultrasonic Debridement Surgical System On Patients With Gouty Tophus Ulceration

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of vacuum sealing drainage(VDS)combined with ultrasonic debridement surgical system(UDSS)on patients with gouty tophus ulceration.Methods: 96 patients suffering from gout and gouty tophus ulceration in our department of endocrinology from September 2014 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,of which 48 patients as the experiment group were treated with UDSS combined VSD,and 48 patients as the control group were treated with traditional surgical debridement.urate crystal,NRS and the level of the IL-6 were compared 10 days after the treatment,and the rate of infection 5 and 10 days after the treatment were analised.5,10,15,20,25,30 days after the treatment,the Cure rate was compared,and the costs of hospitalization,adverse reaction and complication were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)the experiment group owned a lower and smaller urate crystal,NRS and the level of the IL-6 than the control group after the treatment.But the the costs of hospitalization had no statistical significance.(2)Excepct 25 th day,the experiment group owned a higher Cure rate.And the experiment group had a higher effective rate(95.83%)than that of the control group(81.25%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)the experiment group owned a lower rate of infection 5 and 10 days after the treatment.But the adverse reaction and complication had no statistical difference(P>0.05)Conclusion:1 vacuum sealing drainage Combined with Ultrasonic Debridement surgical system on Patients with Gouty Tophus Ulceration Can effectively reduce the urate crystal,NRS and the level of the IL-62 vacuum sealing drainage Combined with Ultrasonic Debridement surgical system can Promote cure healing rate,and reduce the urate crystal and bacterial density3 the costs of hospitalization and adverse reaction and complication had no statistical significance between 2 groups.
