Study On The Effects Of Xinwei Granules On Serum Pepsinogen Of The Patients With Precancerous Lesions Of Gastric Cancer Due To Both Qi And Yin Deficiency With Blood Stasis And Toxin

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xinwei Granules on Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer(PLGC) due to both qi and yin deficiency with blood stasis and toxin;and to study the influence on serum pepsinogen(PG) of PLGC patients;and to explore its mechanism.Method:60 patients with PLGC were randomized into two groups-the treatment group and the control group with 30 patients in each.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Xinwei Granules orally 3 times a day and lOg each time;while 30 patients in the control group were given Weifuchun Tablets orally 3 times a day and 4 tables each time.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical symptoms,endoscopic and pathological changes and serum PG expression were compared and analyzed and evaluated before and after treatment.Results:(1)Xinwei Granules could obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with PLGC and increase the serum PG expression.The total effective rate of clinical symptoms and endoscopic,pathological effect in the treament group were 96.43%,92.86% and 92.86% respectively after 3 months'treatment. The differences between the two groups were quite significantly in statistics(P<0.05).(2)It was showed that Xinwei Granules could increase the level of serum PGI and the ratio of PGI/PGII(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,higher PG expression and higher ratio of PGI/PGII were observed in the treatment group(P<0.05).Besides,few side effects of the two groups were found in the reseach.Conclusion:Xinwei Granules could treat the PLGC patients effectively.Xinwei Granules could improve the clinical symptoms and endoscopic and pathological effect significantly.Xinwei Granules could increase serum PGI expression and the ratio of PGI/PGII.
