Clinical Research Of Xinwei Granule In Treating Plgc Patients' Serum EGF Classifide As Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin Syndrome Of Intermingled Poison And Blood Stasis Stlye

Objective:Observed the effects of Xinwei granule to precan-cerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC) patients'serum epidermal growth factor (EGF) which were classified as deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome of intermingled poison and blood stasis style; investigated treatment mechanisum of Xinwei granule to PLGC by way of clinical experimental study;and observed clinical effect and security ferther of Xinwei granule to PLGC.Method:Devided the 60 PLGC patienes into two groups randomly as each group had 30 cases, and treatment group took Xinwei granule while control group took Weifuchun pill as treatment.The treatment course of all is 3 months around, Observed two groups'improvement on clinical symptoms, gastroscopy, pathology and serum EGF before and after the treatment.Results:Finally 56 cases were completed, for during the whole course, there were 2 cases fell off from the treatment group and control group. After the treatment, the total effeciency of traatment group is 92.86% while the control group is 60.71%;the total effective of clinical symptom remission of treatment group is 96.43% while control group is 78.50%(P<0.05); through the examination of gastroscopy and pathology, improvement of treatment group is better than control group significantly in terms of the improvement of mucosal atrophy, intestinal-like metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia (P< 0.05); both the treatment group and the control group's serum EGF expressions reduced obviously while the treatment group reduced more, for the reason that there was significant diversity (P <0.05). During the treatment course,obvious adverse reactions did not appear,and there were no significant abnomal menifestations appear in the test of blood,urine,dung,liver function kidney function and ECG. Conclusion:This clinical experimental result showed that the effect of Xinwei granule to PLGC which were classified as deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome of intermingled poison and blood stasis style was reliable.Xinwei granule did not only reversed the gastris mucosal atrophy, intestinal-like metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia to some extent,but alsocontrol infection of HP effectively.In addition,can lower the serum EGF expression.It fully display the adwantages of traditional Chinese medcine to PLGC,and worthy to be used abroad.
