Objectives:To compare continued to take oral and on-demand vardenafil hydrochloride (Levitra) in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.Subjects:IIEF questionnaire (international index of erectile function-5, IIEF-5) score below 21 points, nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT) is less than 3 times about the number recorded erection, and consciousness are not satisfied with life patients.Methods:40 patients with erectile dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups, one group of daily oral treatment for 2 months, Levitra, another group on-demand dose is all 10mg. Were recorded before and after treatment in patients with IIEF questionnaire scores before and after treatment of the NPT test results.Results:The primary efficacy after treatment were higher than those before treatment, two groups of indicators before and after treatment was significantly (P<0. 05). Taking long-term use group and demand indicators between the groups was statistically different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Effection of daily oral administration of Levitra improved more than on-demand in the treatment of erectile dysfunction,and it is effective and safe.
