| Objective:Observed in animal experiments Jinkui Shenqi pill plus Astragalus Decoctions, Capsules, Particles of these three Dosage forms of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (CNP) of the therapeutic effect, and further verify the efficacy of Treat CNP to explore its mechanism of action, Comparison the three different Dosage forms for herbs on the CNP Rats of efficacy, to explore the best Dosage forms for Jinkui Shenqi pill add Astragalus.Methods:CNP Rats model used as research subjects,72 male Wistar Rats were randomLy divided into model group and saline group.60 rats in the Model, by intraperitoneal injection of DPT vaccine, and more protein intradermal injection of purified rat prostatic fluid and FCA modeling approach[1]. After successful, let the saline group 12 Rats only as a Normal group; 60 Rats the model group were randomLy divided into 5 groups. The groups included the Normal, Pathology, Qianlietai, Decoctions, Capsules and Particles,12 in each group. Decoctions group, Capsules group, Particles group were given Jinkui Shenqi pill plus Astragalus at daily 10 a.m. for Decoctions, Capsules and Particles gavage treatment, the Qianlietai group were given orally Qianlietai solution treatment. Normal group, the pathological group were given normal saline orally. During the experiment, observed the rats in each group of general situation. After 4 weeks of gavage, Celiac blood test TNF-α. Then kill the rats and take prostate tissue to detection the prostate tissue of the average wet weight, prostate wet weight/body weight ratio. Detect the rat prostate tissues of iNOS expression. Pathology of prostate tissues obtained, and observed pathological changes of the prostate, in light and electron microscopy.Results:The results indicate that no significant change in the normal group. Pathology group decreased body weight, wet weight of prostate, prostate wet weight/body weight ratio was significantly increased. Laboratory indices of Pathology group compared with the Normal group, were significantly different (p<0.01 or P<0.05). Which elevated rats serum levels of TNF-α, iNOS in the rats prostate tissue was significantly increased. The treatment group (Qianlietai group, decoction group, capsules group, granules group) compared with the pathology group, there were significant differences, and compared with the Normal group was no significant differences, in some indicators, but some indicators are still significant differences (p<0.01 or P<0.05). Pathologic general observation:the pathological group with inflammatory changes of prostate tissue; light microscope prostate glandular atrophy, decreased secretions, interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration, marked hyperplasia of fibrous tissue; electron microscope epithelial microvilli Reduce damage to the base connection, individual karyopyknosis deformation. And the treatment groups had different degrees of recovery. Compared with the pathological group, the treatment groups was reduce the local prostate inflammatory reaction, light microscope prostate luminal increases, glandular secretions increase cavity, interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration decreased, reducing proliferation of fibroblasts, fibrous tissue hyperplasia was significantly reduced; Electron microscope showed increased alveolar epithelial microvilli, cytoplasmic particles increased Endocrinology.Conclusions:①Jinkui Shenqi pill plus Astragalus Decoctions, Capsules, Particles of these three Dosage forms have a good effect on the CNP, and the Decoctions and Particles effect more visible.②Jinkui Shenqi pill plus Astragalus to treat CNP mechanism may improve immunity, regulate prostate local immune function, reduce inflammatory cytokines within the prostate, reducing infiltration of inflammatory cells, inhibit proliferation of fibrous tissue and restoration of prostate secretory function. |
