Clinical Study On Intervention By Bushentongluo Decoction To Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome In Stimulation Cycle

Objective:This study use Bushentongluo herbal in stimulation cycle of LUFS patients, observed clinical efficacy of the act, and to explore its possible mechanism for the ovulation cycle in patients with recurrent LUF looking for a safe, effective, inexpensive treatment.Method:The fifty cases which met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Bushentongluo+HCG group (treatment group,25 cases,68 cycles) and HCG group (control group,25 patients,66 cycles). During the 4 to 8 days of the stimulation cycle, all the patients oral CC50mg/d (or LE2.5mg/d).Then add HMG to dominant follicle development and maturation. Using transvaginal ultrasound to monitor the follicular diameter. When the follicle diameter≥18mm, give the patients the appropriate interventions. Then comparing the two groups of ovulation rate,LUF cycle of relapse rate, pregnancy rate, etc and exploring the mechanism. This research also observe the factors such as the primary disease,the basis sex hormone,the dosageo of HCG,the urinary LH peak and analysis their correlations with the LUF recurrence.Results:(1)The ovulation rate,recurrence rate and pregnancy rate of the treatment group are 70.59%,29.41% and 24%, while the control group are 51.52%,48.48% and 4%(P<0.05);(2)The urinary LH peak level of the recurrence group is lower than the ovulation group(P<0.05); (3)There were no significant differences on the basis E2,LH,FSH% PRL levels between recurrence group and ovulation group(P>0.05) except T(P<0.05);(4)The patients which combine with EMS are more likely to relapse(P<0.05); (5)Although the dosage of 5000IU HCG were higher than the amount of 10000IU persons, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)In the stimulation cycle of LUFS patients, using Bushentongluo herbal can effectively prevent the recurrence of LUF. It is an effective therapy to treat LUFS.(2) Monitoring of LH levels between therapy can predict the recurrence of LUF cycle. (3)There are some correlation between primary disease,the basis sex hormone levels and the recurrence rate of LUF.
