Clinical Research In Treating Luteinized Unruptured Folicle Syndrome By Acupuncture Combined With Nourishing Kidney Promoting Ovulation Decoction

Objective:To observe the effect of combined use of Professor Xia Guicheng’s Nourishing Kidney Promote Ovulation Decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome(LUFS).The clinical curative effect before and after treatment were compared between three groups of peripheral blood Luteotropic Hormone(LH),Estradiol(E2)and Progesterone(P)changes in the level of difference and basal body temperature,to investigate whether the Nourishing Kidney Promote Ovulation Decoction combined with acupuncture has advantages in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of LUFS,improve the pregnancy rate,to further guide the clinical application.Method:Meet the inclusion criteria of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of luteinized unruptured 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups,western medicine group(HCG),chinese and western medicine group(Nourishing Kidney Promote Ovulation Decoction+HCG),acupuncture group(acupuncture plus Nourishing Kidney Promote Ovulation Decoction+HCG).All the patients in the treatment of three menstrual cycles.The BBT type and HPS score of each group were observed,the E2 and LH values of each group in HCG days and the P value after one week of ovulation were compared,and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared.Result:①The clinical symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM):treatment of integration of chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group and acupuncture group compared to the average score before treatment were lower(P<0.05),no clinical symptoms of TCM treatment of Western medicine group was significantly improved(P>0.05).Compared with the difference after treatment,the acupuncture group was significantly better than the chinese and western medicine group(P<0.05).②HPS score:after the treatment of the chinese and western medicine group and the acupuncture group,the scores were all increased before the treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of HPS in the western medicine group were not obviously improved(P>0.05).Compared with the difference after treatment,the acupuncture group increased more(P<0.05).③Hormone level:after the treatment of chinese and western medicine group and acupuncture group,the level of E2 was improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the acupuncture group was obviously better than that of chinese and western medicine group(P<0.05).The level of E2 in western medicine group was not obviously improved after treatment(P>0.05).The levels of LH and P in the three groups were improved in different degrees(P<0.05),and the degree of improvement was more in the acupuncture group than in the chinese and western medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).④The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate:the ovulation rate of the acupuncture group was 59.21%,chinese and western medicine group was 46.91%,the western medicine group was 36.05%,the same the pregnancy rate of acupuncture group was 63.33%,chinese and western medicine group was 36.67%,the western medicine group was 13.33%,the three groups had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:acupuncture combined with drugs and nourishing kidney promote ovulation decoction combined with HCG treatment,compared with the use of HCG therapy can significantly improve patients with ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,improve clinical symptoms,and the combination of acupuncture and medicine treatment effect is better than that of the nourishing kidney promote ovulation decoction combined with HCG.The results showed that the effect of acupuncture combined with Professor Xia Guicheng’s nourishing kidney promote ovulation decoction and upper HCG on the treatment of LUFS of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has certain clinical advantages compared with the traditional single drug therapy.
