Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type With Zhijiapobi Decoction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhijiapobi Decoction for the treatment of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS)of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and to study its mechanism of action to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of LUFS with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and effectively improve the clinical pregnancy rate.Methods Sixty patients with luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were selected according to the inclusion criteria of this project.When the mean diameter of follicles in B-ultrasound monitoring was?18mm,they were randomly divided into three groups.20 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group(Zhijiapobi Decoction),20 cases in the Western medicine group(HCG group)and 20 cases in the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine(Zhijiapobi Decoction combined with HCG).All patients were treated for three menstrual cycles.The ovulation rate,the recurrence rate of LUF and the clinical pregnancy rate of the three groups were compared,and the therapeutic mechanism of Zhijiapobi Decoction on the disease was studied.Results ?The ovulation rate of three groups were 54.55%in traditional Chinese medicine group,43.86%in western medicine group and 69.64%in combination group of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The recurrence rates of LUF in three groups were 45.45%in traditional Chinese medicine group,56.14%in western medicine group,30.36%in combination group of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Three groups of ovulation rate,LUF cycle recurrence rate was significantly different(P<0.05).?The three groups of clinical pregnancy rates were 35%in traditional Chinese medicine group,20%in western medicine group and 40%in combination group of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The difference between the three groups was significant(P<0.05).? The total effective rates of ovulation treatment in the three groups were:65%in the traditional Chinese medicine group,60%in the western medicine group,85%in the combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and no significant difference in the total efficacy between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhijiapobi Decoction combins with HCG treatment of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome can significantly improve the cycle ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate,reduce the recurrence rate of LUF cycle.The use of Zhijiapobi Decoction LUFS treatment,ovulation rate compared with Western medicine group,no significant difference,but the clinical pregnancy rate was significantly different.
