Objective:The aim of this study is to observe the changes of symptoms, ECG changes using Guanxinping in the treatment of Coronary heart disease (CHD).Blood vessel endothelium functions such as ET1,NO is also to be evaluated of such patients by using Guanxinping. Appreciationg the efficacy and safety of the Guanxinping.Methods:Jiangsu TCM hospital Cardiovascular in-patient Department as the research object, would be consistent with Coronary heart disease (CHD) diagnostic criteria,40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and 20 in the control group and 20, respectively,treat by Guanxinping and Xinkeshu in One month. Symptoms, ECG, endothelium function index was observed and determine efficacyResults:The baseline data between the two groups between the two groups comparable. Both therapeutic and control group can alleviate patients symptoms, decrease angina pectoris frequency and duration. The effect of the two groups were significant (P<0.01), of which the therapeutic group is more evident (P<0.05). Both groups improve ECG efficacy, but there is no difference between them. (P>0.05). Both groups improve TCM total symptoms, of which the therapeutic group is more evident (P<0.05). Both groups can improve each TCM symptoms, of which the therapeutic group is more evident (P<0.05). Both groups improve grading of illness, of which the therapeutic group is more evident (P<0.05). Both groups improve endothelium functions,of which the therapeutic group elevate NO,6-keto-PGF1α(P<0.05) and can also lower ET and TXB2(P<0.05) after treatment. The therapeutic group also can elevate NO,6-keto-PGF1αand lower ET and TXB2 after treatment. But it has no statistical significance. The treatment group was superior efficacy the control group (P<0.05). In oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction,the therapeutic group elevate SOD (P<0.05)and lower hs-CRP (P<0.05). The control group elevate SOD (P<0.01).There is no difference between the two groups. (P>0.05).Conclusion:Guanxingping which presents treat coronary heart disease has positive curative effect. the therapeutic mechanism is untioxidation,antiinflammatory and antiembolic. |
