Study On Serum Total IgE Levels And Clinical Efficacy Of Bi Qiu Yi Hao Decoction In Treatment Of Deficient Cold Of Lung Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and serum total IgE levels of Bi Qiu Yi Hao decoction in treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficient cold of lung, and provide an foundation for the research of clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis, then explore the most effective and viable way in treating allergic rhinitis.Method:Theory: It is discussed on the classification etiology,pathogenesis and clinical symptom of allergic rhinitis by using medical theory. It is focused on the relevant report of Th1/Th2 cells'unbalanced, related cell factor and IgE level in allergic rhinitis and the change of serum total IgE before and after Chinese medicine treatment. The purpose is to explore the immunological mechanism of Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis. Clinical research: 58 objects which were meeting the standards were chosen and divided into two groups:one group taking orally Chinese herbal Bi Qiu Yi Hao decoction and Budesonide Nasal Spray, another group taking Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets and Budesonide Nasal Spray. They were compared between before and after taking the medicine after 2 and 4 weeks.Results:For the Bi Qiu Yi Hao decoction group, there are significant effects for 6 people, general effects for 21 people, no effects for 3 people and the total effective rate is 90.00% after 2 weeks. For the other group, there are significant effects for 3 people, general effects for 22 people, no effects for 3 people and the total effective rate is 89.29% after 2 weeks. For the Bi Qiu Yi Hao decoction group, there are significant effects for 26 people, general effects for 3 people, no effects for 1 people and the total effective rate is 96.67% after 4 weeks. For the other group, there are significant effects for 21 people, general effects for 6 people, no effects for 1 people and the total effective rate is 96.43% after 4 weeks.The total serum IgE levels are significant differences in group, but there are no significant differences between groups after 4 weeks treatment.Conclusion:Bi Qiu Yi Hao decoction is effective in treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficient cold of lung. Bi Qiu Yi Hao decoction has superior of improving systemic symptoms, declining serum IgE levels and acting the immunity of human body. It is worthy to clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis.
