Clinical Observation On Treatment Uric Acid Nephropathy With Therapeutic Method Of Resolving Phlegm, Removing Blood Stasis And Dredging Collaterals

Objective:The study is based on the latest research of uric acid nephropathy about western medicine and TCM. It is pointed that Phlegm and Stasis Block Collaterals is key pathology about uric acid nephropathy. The tuter brings forward that basis treatment principle is Resolving Phlegm, Removing Blood Stasis and Dredging Collaterals. A self-prescribed recipe of drug is Jiangsuanbaoshen Decoction. To study the curative effect of Jiangsuanbaoshen Decoction, it is provided according for clinical application.Methods:A total of 63 uric acid nephropathy patients with the syndrome of Phlegm and Stasis Block Collaterals were observed. They were divided into two groups by random. The treatment group had 32 patients and the control group had 31 patients. There was no obvious difference in age, sex and illness course between the two groups. The treatment group was administered with Jiangsuanbaoshen decoction imposed on the background of basic treatment. The control group was administered with allopurinol on the same treatment as in thetreatment group. The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in all patients were observed before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 83.33% and that of control group was 70.00%. There was obviously difference(P<0.01) in the total effective rate between treatment and control group. The control group was better than treatment group in the aspect of treatment effect of traditional medicine.The (32-MG of urinary,BUA, BUN, Scr, etc were improved at different extent(P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared between the two groups, there was no statistical difference. In side effects, no obvious and serious side effects were found. Conclusion:Jiangsuanbaoshen Decoction has specific effect in treating uric acid nephropathy patients with the syndrome of Phlegm and Stasis Block Collaterals. It operates through reducing the blood uric acid and improving the kidney function. It is a safe and effective preparation and it is worthy to be studied deeply.
