Skin is consists of two parts, epidermis and dermal, is a vital organ of the human body; Can prevent microbial invasion, maintain stable barrier in the environment, and has important chemical, physical and biological barrier function. Burns is the most popular wartime and peacetime skin wounds, burns caused by all kinds of damages arising and loss of skin barrier function concerned. With wound dressings covering injury, temporary as the body surface wound protective barriers, promote wound healing, especially for large area burns is more important. Seeking a kind of perfect wound dressings is an important goal of medical profession continuously. Because the traditional dressing, natural biological dressing and synthetic dressings have difficult to overcome defects, it does not have a dressing can achieve ideal dressings requirements currently. This topic was based on clinical needs, studying a kind of new type of salvia miltiorrhiza-silk protein multi-function biological dressings, it can overcome the existing dressing that have series of problems, such as single function, slowing burn wound therapy, provides a new way especially for treatment of large burns.objectiveResearch the coverage of curative effect by miltiorrhiza-silk protein multi-function wound dressings for rat surerficial second degree burns wound.methodsSPF male SD rats 40 only, weight 230-250g. Animals were randomized into vaseline group, silky protein dressings group, miltiorrhiza liquid gauze group, miltiorrhiza-silk protein dressings groups of 10 animal. In preoperative day by 2.5%, barium sulphide hair removal of pentobarbital sodium (35mg/kg weight) intraperitoneal injection anesthesia, disinfection. All animals in 76 degrees in back water scald 10 seconds, cause shallow 2 degrees skin burns. Silk protein dressings group wound silk protein wound dressings (application commodity name:silk generation different; factories:suzhou soho biological materials technology Co., LTD production), miltiorrhiza liquid gauze group wound application salvia miltiorrhiza liquid gauze, miltiorrhiza-silk protein dressings group wound application silk protein covering, miltiorrhiza-using the functionalities of sterilization control vibration (shaoxing sponges vaseline DE dressings limited production). After 3 days executed by tissue culture and drawn, determination of wound tissue than color release interleukin-8 (IL-8), epidermal growth factor (EGF), alkaline fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and platelet-derived growth factor-AB (PDGF-AB) level, and through the Masson staining to wound tissue necrosis extent morphological observation.The resultsSD rats scalds, ruddy skin surface, mild edema. The lower epidermis cuticle and loose, organization structure of dyeing shallow, leather deep collagen and glandular structures normal for shallow 2 degrees, the organizational characteristics scalding. Wound histopathology shows:postoperative 7 days vaseline gauze group, miltiorrhiza gauze group, filar silk protein dressings group inflammation obvious, visible epidermis small cell growth gathered, miltiorrhiza-silk protein group in the epidermis of large Numbers of cells grow together, postoperative 14 days vaseline gauze group, miltiorrhiza gauze group, filar silk protein dressings group epidermis is still in formation process, miltiorrhiza-silk protein group epidermis cuticle, but also have already formed structure. After 3 days wound tissue culture:the wound with control organization release interleukin (IL) 8, epidermal growth factor (EGF), alkaline fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and platelet-derived growth factor-AB (PDGF-AB) level have obvious difference (P< 0.01). And the group of HDP silk protein dressing liquid no obvious difference, salvia miltiorrhiza of silk protein dressings group and-two other groups have obvious difference.conclusionSalvia miltiorrhiza-silk protein multi-function dressings covering rat surerficial second degree burns wound can promote local wound EGF, bFGF PDGF-AB expression, reduce IL-8 expression, can effectively restrain the wounds of inflammation, coagulant have stimulative effect.
