| Purpose:To observe and Prove the use of YiQiYangYin HuoXueQuTan TCM(QuYiDiFang) union metformin in improving the IR state of T2DM patients with IR, and to offer a new way of thinking and treatment in order to lower the incidence and death rate of DM and its complication.Methods:60 patients with insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, On the premise of same basic, therapy group give metformin slice (shandong keyuan pharmaceutical Co., LTD.) 500mg, three times daily; The treatment group gives metformin slice 500mg, three times daily, and yiqi yangyin huoxue qutan Chinese medicine, water frying twice total take a medicine juice 200ml, sooner or later, two times daily. 8 weeks as one period of treatment..Observe both groups of patients before and after the treatment of insulin resistance index (HOM-IR), insulin sensitivity index (ISI), fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and 2-hour plasma glucose (2hPG), fasting insulin (FINS), glycated hemoglobin Alc (HbAlc), Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores.Results:Qi and blood expectoranting traditional Chinese medicine combined metformin treatment significantly better than single metformin treatment, we can be more obviously decrease HPMA-IR and increase ISI; Reduce 2hPG, FINS, and FPG HbAlc; Can obviously reduce patients TG, TC, elevated LDL and HDL-C; Lower insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes patients with symptomatic of traditional Chinese medicine with no obvious points, adverse reactions and toxicity, the security is better.Conclusion:The method of yiqi yangyin huoxue qutan TCM combined with metformin is superior to metformin alone, can be more obvious improvement in patients with type 2 diabetes medicine symptom points to reduce HOMA-IR and increased ISI; reduced FPG, FINS,2hPG, HbAlc; can significantly reduce patient TG, TC, LDL and increase HDL-C;can significantly improve the clinical symptoms; and no significant adverse reactions and side effects, safety, good, worthy of clinical application。... |
