| Objective:This paper mainly observes the effects of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe on TCM efficacy,total score,blood glucose level,islet β-cell function,insulin sensitivity and blood lipid levels in patients with T2DM combined with hyperlipidemia due to deficiency of both qi and yin,and discusses the efficacy of its prevention and treatment of this disease.Methods:The patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hy perlipidemia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into tr eatment group and control group.On the basis of lifestyle intervention an d blood glucose control,the treatment group was given Yiqi Yangyin Hu oxue Decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the contr ol group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets.The total course of treat ment was 8 weeks.The changes of clinical syndromes were evaluated bef ore and after treatment in the two groups.Blood glucose,blood lipids,isl et beta cell function,insulin sensitivity,traditional Chinese medicine effi cacy and total score were observed before and after treatment.All data w ere statistically analyzed by SPSS 26.0 software.Results:62 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,body mass index between the two groups before treatment.1.Comprehensive efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and that of the control group was 53.3%.The effective rate o fthe treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control grou p,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was90%,and that of the control group was 66.7%.The total effective rate o f the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Total score of TCM syndrome:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in th e control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of blood glucose-related indicators:After treatment,FPG,2hPG and HbAlc levels in both groups were significantly lower than thos e before treatment(P>0.05).5.Serum FINS levels:After treatment,the FINS levels of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the increase in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.HOMA-β:After treatment,the two groups of patients with HOMA-β were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01),the treatment group HOMA-β was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).7.HOMA-IR:After treatment,HOMA-IR in both groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and HOMA-IR in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).8.Blood lipid level:After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C of the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,and HDL-C increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).TG in the treat ment group was lower than that in the control group,and HDL-C in the treat ment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the effectiv e rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in TC and LDL-C between the treat ment group and the control group(P>0.05).9.Comparison of curative effect of high fat blood:the total effective rate of blood lipid index improvement in the treatment group was 86.7%,and that in the control group was 73.3%.Conclusion:From the preliminary clinical study,Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine is better than western medicine alone,which can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia;reducing blood lipid level may be related to improving islet β cell function and enhancing insulin sensitivity. |
