| Objective:To study the influence on clinical symptom and blood fat and ET-1 level of the hyperlipidemia patients by the perilla oil soft capsule, we can evaluate clinical effect and security and part of its mechanism of action.Methods:According to the principle of block-radomize,double-blind, double-simulate, parallel contrast controlled design,60 patients with hyperlipidemia(stagnation of turbid phlegm diagnosis) were randomly divided into 2 groups.The experimental group (perilla oil soft capsule group)had 30 patients and the control group(Xue Zhi Kang capsule group)had 30 patients.Therapeutic course for the 2 groups was 56 days. The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in all patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:The experimental group with symptoms of Chinese medicine of total effective rates was 86.67%,the control group was 73.33%.There was statistical difference(P<0.05).The efficacy of serum lipids compared:group comparison:experimental group TC,TG,LDL-C was statistically significant (P<0.05). The control group before and after treatment TC,TG,LDL-C was statistically significant (P< 0.05).The two groups before and after treatment HDL-C was no statistical significance (P>0.05).Four indicators between the two groups before and after treatment were no statistical significance (P> 0.05).The levels of serum ET-1 in the experimental group and the control group were lower than those before treatment, and there was signal statistical difference (P<0.05).Safety evaluation with the control group, there were no group with the test drug related adverse reactions and experimental indices abnormal.Conclusions:1. Perilla oil soft capsule may reduce the levels of serum TC,TG,LDL-C and improve clinical symptom of hyperlipidemia (stagnation of turbid phlegm diagnosis) and it can significantly regulate blood fat.2. Perilla oil soft capsule may reduce the levels of serum ET-1 and protect vascular endothelial function besides regulating blood fat. |
