Purpose:Dextran is a kind of typical sugar drugs, which is mainlyα-1, 6- indican connected glucose. Isolated by spinule hericium erinaceous caput-medusae-α-1, 6-glucan has a certain curative effect t to chronic atrophic gastritis . However, due to inefficiency of extractα-1,6- glucan from spinule hericium erinaceous, this experiment is to extractα-1,6- glucanfrom dextran .Through the research to different physical and chemical properties of molecular fragments preparation of the structure and activity, a solid foundation is laid for the development of new drug treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:Acid hydrolysis method adapted, hydrolysate of different molecular fragments is acquired below 90℃and time being. By using of different molecular interception ultrafiltration membrane bags, prepared hydrolysate is purified and it is defined to adapt 1KD and 3KD ultrafiltration membrane bag to purify dextran samples by grade.
