Ixeris chinensis (Thunb.)Nakai, Soncbus, the Compositae family. The Tibetan call it Zha Ci Maba.The plants of Soncbus is widespread in our Country and the resources of Soncbus plants are very rich. In the past 10 years, the domestic and foreign scholars have done some researches on the chemical constituents and biological activities of the plants of Soncbus and have gotten a lot of progresses. Many compounds have been identified. Scholars did a lot of pharmacology experiments which fully proved these compounds have a significant curative effect to various types of hepatitis and have the function of reduce blood sugar, cholesterol as well as suppress tumor growth and antioxidation.Although in the Tibet area people us the Ixeris chinensis as a traditional medicinal materials. In China's main ethnic group area people weeded the plants of Soncbus as weeds that did a great waste of resources.Therefore,it' s very necessary to do some system research and intensive studies on the plants of Soncbus's chemical compositions, biological activities and clinical pharmacology. These researches have very significance to identify their drug effects and pharma innovation.In this experiment, first the whole plant of Ixeris chinensis (Thunb.)Nakai were extracted with 95% EtOH.Then used petroleum, dichloromethane, acetic, n-butanol ether to extract the general concrete to obtain four section concretes. More analyzing and studying on the Petroleum and Acetic concretes. The compounds were isolated and purified by classical column chromatography. Using TLC to choose the best mobile phase and checkup pure chemical compound.Finally 4 mononer compounds were separated from the Petroleum concrete(compoundsⅠ-Ⅳ) and 3 mononer compounds were separated from the Acetic concrete(compoundsⅠ-Ⅳ).The structures of these 7 compounds were identified through modern analytical technologies such as colour reactions, melting point determination, IR, HNMR and so on. The compound I i s ursolic acid. The compoundⅡis (3-sitosterol.The compoundⅢis taraxasteryl acetate.The compoundⅣis taraxasterol. The compound V is apigenin. The compoundⅥis luteolin. The compoundⅦis luteolin-7-o-β-D-glucoside.In addition to this article I also did a summary about chemical constituents and pharmacological researches of the plants of Soncbus.
