Objectives: Investigated the correlation of uriamicroalbumin (UMA),retinol binding protein 4(RBP-4)and acute myocardial infarction (AMI), and to know whether combined detection UMA,RBP4 dose of serum could be a more effective way to forecast the stability situation and prognosis of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: We recruited 30 cases in AMI patients who firstly got this disease as trial group, at the same time,30 cases patients who has stable angina pectoris (SAP) and 30 cases patients whose result of Coronary arteriongraphy (CAG) is normal were recruited control group. After admission of Patients in each group were taken at the hospital with in 24h fasting 5ml venous blood at the peripheral vein and the trial group (AMI Patients) was taken immediately after admission. After admission of Patients in each group were taken at the hospital with in 24h urina sanguinis5ml. The serum level of RBP4 is measured by enzyme linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) and the level of UMA is measured by immunoturbidimetry.The serum level of hsCRP is measured by turbidmetricimmunoassay. The trial group patients and the SAP group patients in CHD were divided into single> double and multi-vessel lesion group by the coronary arteriongraphy. All quantitative data analysis used SPSS 13.0 statistical Packages. Measurement data with value±standard deviation.representation, more than a few between the two goups were compared using single factor analysis of variance, q test was used to compare between the two groups, P<0.05 for significant difference, P<0.01 for the difference was significant.Results:1.The concentrations of RBP4,hs-CRP and UMA in AMI group are significantly higher than the group whose result of CAG is normal(P<0.001). The concentrations of RBP4,hs-CRP and UMA in AMI group are higher than the SAP (P<0.01);the concentrations of hs-CRP and UMA in the SAP group are significantly higher than the group whose result of CAG is normal (P<0.001);the serum levels of RBP4 between the SAP group and the group whose result of CAG is normal was not significant different(P>0.05).2.The mean level of RBP4,UMA in single, double and three vessel lesion group were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01); the mean level of hs-CRP in single, double and three vessel lesion group were higher than that in control group (P<0.05); but the serum levels of RBP4,UMA and hs-CRP among single, double and three were not significant different(P>0.05).3.The serum level of RBP4 and hsCRP were significantly positive correlation (r=0.604,P=0.000); positive correlation between the UMA and hs-CRP (r=0.516, P=0.000),the same relationship between the serum level of RBP4 and UMA (r=0.661, P=0.000)Conclusion:1.UMA and the serum levels of RBP4 were correlated with the extent of coronary artery.2.UMA and the serum levels of RBP4 were significantly positive correlated with the level of inflammatory reaction. 3.The UMA and the RBP4 were positive correlation (r=0.661, P=0.000),it may have a higher accuracy to use the two factor in the evaluation of CHID.
