Objective: To investigate the expression of P16,P63,nuclear factor-kBp65(NF-kBp65) and tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand receptor 2(TRAIL-R2) in condyloma acuminatum. Methods:Immunohistochemical SABC method and color pathological image computer analysis system were applied to detect the expressions of P16,P63,NF-kBp65 and TRAIL-R2 in 30 patients with CA and 15 normal human skin(foreskin). Results:The expression of P63, NF-kBp65, TRAIL-R2 were significantly higher in CA than in the normal foreskin tissue(P<0.05). The expression of P16 was also higher in CA than in the normal foreskin, but had no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The P63,NF-kBp65, TRAIL-R2 was up-regulated in CA,and had statistically significances, The P16 was also up-regulated in CA,but had no statistically significant. The P63,NF-kBp65 and TRAIL-R2 may play a role in pathogenesis of CA.They control the apoptosis of CA . |
