| Objective:To study the efficacy of Lipo PGE1 to improve the healing of bedsore.Methods:Among 84 cases,44 cases as therapeutic team were treated with Lipo PGE1 for 28days followed operation. Beyond that all cases were cured by absolutely same ways.Results:After treating 40 days, the curative effect of therapeutic team was significantly advanced than that by contrastive team on average, regardless of which rank they were. No obvious side effect of Lipo PGE1 was observed.Conclusion:Lipo PGE1 can be effectively and safely used to improve the healing of bedsore. It was proved that Lipo PGE1 could enhance blood stream in the region of bedsore. |
